Patton Webb is an experienced well established commercial real estate professional with over 40 years in the industry. He has a diversified background in leasing, management, and brokerage of retail properties, land parcels, and office facilities.

Prior to joining Ravenel Commercial Properties, Mr. Webb was owner and Broker-in-Charge of The Webb Company, a real estate development company that was directly involved in buying, developing, redeveloping, stabilizing, owning, managing, and leasing single tenant retail buildings and retail shopping centers throughout the Mid-Atlantic States of Virginia, Eastern Kentucky, Eastern Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. He has specific experience in developing many “Build-to-Suit” properties for national companies throughout these states.

Mr. Webb’s goals are to create business relationships based around his clients’ needs while producing meaningful and profitable transactions with very little stress. He knows that the highest compliment that his clients can give is the referral of their friends, family, and business associates.

Patton lives in Mt. Pleasant. He has three daughters and 3 grandchildren and enjoys spending time playing golf, on the beach, and on the water around Charleston.
