Erica Bogdanowitz is a highly qualified and well-developed real estate professional with 23 years of progressive growth and experience in the property management industry. She currently serves as the Director of Commercial Property Management at Ravenel Associates, where she leads operations with a strategic focus on asset performance, tenant relations, and portfolio optimization. Erica brings extensive expertise in both residential and commercial real estate, with specialized skills in tenant representation, leasing, infrastructure analysis, capital planning, and contract negotiations.

Erica began her career in property management in 2002 working for a real estate investment trust in San Diego. She quickly rose through the ranks to become an area manager overseeing over 1,000 apartment units. In 2004, she accepted a career advancement opportunity in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, where she managed a portfolio of 18 properties, including nearly 800 single-family homes, condominiums, and commercial assets. By 2008, she was promoted to Vice President of Association Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Associa, where she oversaw a portfolio of over 100 properties and was awarded the prestigious Diamond Leadership Award.

In 2012, Erica joined Ravenel Associates and has since maintained a diverse and high-profile portfolio that includes luxury residential communities and premier commercial assets, including the tallest building on Kiawah Island. She is recognized for her ability to drive operational efficiency, foster strong client and tenant relationships, and deliver long-term value to stakeholders.

Erica holds an active South Carolina real estate license and has achieved the Professional Community Association Manager (P.C.A.M.), Certified Manager of Community Associations (C.M.C.A.), and Association Manager Specialist (A.M.S.) designations through the Community Association Institute. She attended Missouri Western State College. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending quality time with her daughter.
