Mid-States Packaging, a third party warehousing and packaging outfit for plastic companies, has invested over $5M in a new facility on Goer Drive, North Charleston. Mid-States President, Chuck Giroux said, “The United States, with its natural gas, is a low-cost manufacturer of those pellets in the world today.
