I reached out to Pat Webb to locate a property for me. We went through a few locations due to cost or parking issues. Finally, we settled on the current location. It was a full service lease, so we thought it would be a quick turnaround. Unfortunately, the Landlord had a very big issue with the lease due to legal matters. In addition to the 65 plus page lease, there were issues with ownership. We were getting nowhere on our end with the Leasing company but Pat daily, and sometimes even more, continued to work on the issues from his end.

My name is Michael St. Amand and my partner and I own Masters Studios of Self Defense. We also own the 6,000 sf commercial building in Mt. Pleasant that houses one of our martial arts schools. Our company, Long Point Family Chiropractic, retained Will Phillips to negotiate a lease agreement for our office at 498 Wando Park Blvd in Mount Pleasant, Sc. We had been leasing the space since March of 2007 and our lease was up for renewal in March of 2012. Will was able to show us a wide variety of office spaces that were available in the area to show us comparable rates and spaces in Mount Pleasant. After looking at the available spaces, we determined our best option was to renew our existing lease with our current landlord. Will was able to negotiate a decrease of approximately $400 per month compared to our previous rate. He was also able to add an additional clause in our contract to cover us in case of any repair expense associated with our heating and air conditioning unit. It just happened to break down about 2 months after our renewal and because of the addendum added, our landlord paid for the cost of the repairs. Will provided a thorough, tress-free, and professional experience to our negotiations and we would highly recommend him for any initial or renegotiation of a commercial lease agreement.
